No matter what i do or how many times i do it i cannot complete the flying tutorial on orientaion island ,it wont continue when i land ,any ideads anyone?

Sometimes the tutorials don't register completion correctly. You can skip it and goto the center of the island and just click the Help Island sign. You will get the lankmark to teleport off of the island.

Yes, just go to the central landing area and click help and you will be able to go in world.
I created an Av for my sister recently and was shocked at how poor Orientation is now. Its not a bad idea but it breaks down very easily. I am so glad I got to do the old style path Orientation..it is a very nice memory for me...and a great introduction to SL.
I think we can see a drop off in new residents because of this new entry way.
Geez, LL shoots itself in the foot alot.
