Per Torley's suggestion, I'm posting this screenshot here. My draw distance at the time was set to 128 and my fog ratio is 4.0. I have since bumped the draw distance to 140. But here is the yellow sickly color:

I believe it is with ripple water off. I mean, it's not *broken*, it's just kind of ugly.  Thought I'd bring it up in case it's something easy to fix for LL. If not, no worries.
