Why is it that for the past few days no one has been picking up at LL support line? I've been calling the number on the website 1 (800) 961-6851 for hours, leaving messages, and no one picks up or returns my call. I've asked in game Linden's what to do and all they have said is "they should be picking up". How useless is that? I've wasted hours upon hours trying to get through and no one picks up, i've tried from different phone numbers, different networks, and yet nothing! WHY?

Same here. A friend of mine has had this same problem and he too is going through this same thing. He has even called from my house with the same results. He has not been able to get his av since they changed the passwords and that was a while back.
Maybe had he been paying Linden big dollars for sims they would of taken care of him long ago, maybe the very first day he had a problem but as it is, he's not gotten any help either in sl or thru' the phone which they never pick up. Or if they do, they put him on hold, only to tell him to call another number after he's waited about 20 mins on the first line.

man wth do we pay for? Their website clearly says that they are open from 9am to 6pm pst, it would be nice if that was true. LL really is garbage, they give us broken updates, they never pick up their phone, their hold music on the phone is the most messed up music you'll ever hear.
my friend has like $40 in tier charging per month and he can't cancel because LL won't pick up the phone, reply to emails, or anything for that matter. His account is locked and he is just now trying unlocking it since the hack in september... but LL wont pick up the darn phone and that's the only way he can get back into his acc.

Trying through emails is pointless they dont respond...So usally i would call the phone but now it seems theyre ignoring that too ._. sooo i guess well wait until they want to provide customer service... Mabey theyre not making enough...ha...
