i'm in. but getting very noticeable jerkiness when alt-viewing around a building. the view literally jumps. didn't check FPS, but has to be low.
i'm on a P4 2.4 with gig of Ram and 6600GT card. shouldn't be the machine afaik.
Local Lighting checked
Bump map & cloth
Terrain at Full detail
running in windowed mode but max'd to full screen (on 21" w 1280x1024 settings)

well, accidently logged out looking for FPS display and on relog it's running much better. odd. first time on it was ok. second time bad. now ok again....

This is exactly what is happening to me, except the client drops again after i relog.

Hey Briana,
My settings are pretty low to start with. Wondering if you might have a Graphics setting thats kicking you. Have you tried modifying your Preferences on login? Just a thought.

Well i didnt change any settings so i shouldnt be experiencing such a severe FPS loss. Pre-1.6 my FPS was nice and high, after 1.6 my FPS is low and performance choppy (even typing). Briana Dawson |
