hello there...

i sold all my land and its telling me on the website that i have no land anymore...

but for some reason its still telling me that i have 40 US$ TIER to pay. yes i ticked
the 0US$ TIER box but still 40 US$ TIER on my profile.

what exactly is the problem? why is it like this?

depends on your bill date, if you sold the land after the tier date you still have a full cycle you will be billed for, even if it was by one day. It is based on the max amount of land you held in a 30 day billing cycle.

Hi Moyra

the tier fees work on peak land useage for any given period, so if you paid tier on say the 1st of the month and then sold land today, your next payment will be calculated on the peak amount of land you had in that time frame and not on the amount of land you own at the time tier is due. Hope this makes sense, but am sure someone else can explain it better than me
