how can i obtain or find the error report information sent to SL so that i may have a better understanding as to what might cause my problems with the sim. Or can I get a feed back report from the SL folks as to what this information is telling them. Thanks

I wish I could know too so I can furthur downgrade my SL specs so it won't crash.

You can see most of the logs submitted in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\[your Windows login name]\Application Data\SecondLife\logs
Application Data is a hidden folder. You will need to show hidden files and folders, if you haven't yet done so already.
These files are cleared the next time you start SL, so view them before relogging.
