can not restore a account

Please if some one could help me. I have a account that had credit card problems.
I need to restore it. I'v been trying to do this for weeks now.
The SL Web site page for restoreing it only leads me to a dead link. I'v tried calling live support, but they say it can only be done through the web site.
Please this account holds all my lands, please Help

Please I'v talked with then on that line six times each time they say I have to do it on line.
Plwase has any one eals had this problem.

When you say restore, do you mean reactivate a cancelled account? How long has it been closed?
