I like to know if any body nows where are the best sites to find more memory for your comp ... if they will pin pont what type of memory ...you need to so you know what to get ... for your system ...

i would start at the site for the brand of pc you have...collect the info on the type of memory you need there as there are many different types these days. jot down the type of memory VERBATIM as a letter or two out of place or missing could have you buying the wrong memory...

once you've got that info, check out a site called www.pricegrabber.com which searches the web for the cheapest price on practically anything, and even tells u which merchant has the lowest price (including shipping and tax) and has user ratings for each merchant so you can feel safe about ordering. i've ordered several items thru pricegrabber and have yet to find them cheaper than what i paid (but i'm sure it's possible).

one other thing to pay attention to is that there may be refurbished memory for sale...i've never used refurb memory before so i can't say whether it's a good/bad idea.
