Hi Folks OK, I know how to upload images in SL...*BUT* is it also possible to download images (textures) or other stuff from my inventory to the harddisk of my pc ? (Not only a snapshot, I would like to download the original´s) Would be cool, so I could do a little backup from my inventory in SL  Thanx a lot and HAVE FUN ! |

you can download a texture if you have all rights on it i believe

No. Sorry. Abolutely impossible... just kidding.
You can save textures if you have all permissions, like Kyrah pointed to, by going to the FILE menu and then selecting SAVE TEXTURE AS... when that particular texture is opened and displayed as the frontmost window on the screen. There isn't really a backup for other stuff yet, but who knows what might come in the future.
