I've tried uninstalling, re-installing with several versions, taking down all firewalls, re-connecting my cable modem and router, everything. When I try to log in, it gets to "Verifying Protocol Version...", waits around 30 seconds, then tells me it is unable to connect. I click help and the page is non-existent. I obviously can't contact support because I have to pay for it now.. (PATHETIC) and I'm not going to pay for something I can't use!
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Definitely sounds like some sorta network block. Have you tried running any pings/tracerts to LL's servers?
