I went to a store and clicked on an item and a note card popped up thanking me for the purchase though I didn't buy anything. The problem is that it keeps popping up every two seconds continuously, even when I'm offline it keeps popping up. Does anyone know how to make it stop? Thank you kindly in advance...

Contact the object's owner and asked to stop it.
Unless you can solve, call a live helper(Linden) and ask him/her.
I can't believe that a poor skilled script is doing it.
