I frequently crash when I toggle between full screen and Windows and today I got a popup that my SmartHeap Library had an error. What a name for something and I didn't even know my PC had one.  So I looked on the MS website and found an article but it was written so nobody but an IT could understand it. Does anyone know what a SmartHeap Library is and how to make it not crash SL? Can someone please explain it in plain English? Thanks.

Can you post what Article ID you found on Micro$oft's website when you looked it up? It should be located in a small box on near the right side when you open the article. Or its also near the bottom in a section called Keywords and down there it starts with a KB.

Brendan Is this it?......Article ID : 154054 I have no idea if this article has anything to do with anything since not a word of it makes sense. All I know is the dlls are important and kernel32 pretty much runs the show whoever he is.

I have had that error before when running SL in fullscreen. I don't seem to have the error when running SL in windowed mode, and windowed mode works better for me anyway - the switching apps is faster.
