I visited one of my friends on SL today and he asked me to check on something for him cause he needed my help. I agreed and he told me to change my draw distance to 220 in preferences and to move SW of our current location. After a while the client suddenly had a major error and crashed with a lengthy message about the client detecting a mangled network and that the client quit out, suggesting that I re-install second life. I tried getting back in anyway without do such but it kept doing it even after immediately flying backwards as soon as I got into SL. I uninstalled/reinstalled and tried again and it still crashed me out with the same message since I was being logged back in at my last location. I decided to put my draw distance back to 64 and when I logged in again it was fine. Does anyone know why this is happening!? I'd like to talk to a linden about it.

Since yesterday, myself and at least 5 others that i know of are getting the same error on my land in the sim Grange, it seems if i keep my draw distance down to 64 and don't move far from certain spots i am ok, but that is useless as my shop and workshop are in the broken areas, i have also tried uninstall-reinstall etc, but it is definately at Linden Labs end as its happening to different players in the same areas of my land.
