This is starting to get really annoying now. My system completely freezes frequently and I have to power it off and back on to do anything because even Ctl+Alt+Del doesnt work. It doesnt seem to be anything specific I do, here are my System Specs.
WinXP SP1 AMD Althlon XP 2600+ 1.5Gigs RAM GeForce FX5700 256MB w/ Latest Drivers 6mbit/2mbit cable connection.

It could be a thermal problem. Do you see anything odd on screen, or does your computer just freeze totally?
What kind of heatsink and fan do you have on that video card of yours? If it's not anything special, what exact make and model is it? Also, what make and model of motherboard do you have? It's not an ECS K7S5A by any chance, is it?
The most likely cause is that 1.5GB of RAM you have. What combination of DIMMs is it? I assume it's at least two DIMMs, probably three. Are they a matched set, or have you upgraded over a period of time? Are they all DDR333 (for example) or have you got some higher or lower clockspeeds thrown into the mix as well?
Edit: While you're at it, what make and model of power supply do you have? If you just bought a case with it inside, what kind of case is it?

Its not thermal, guarenteed, I run CS ource while having EQ2 running in the background and all the graphics settings up andy my computer doesnt freeze. There are no artifacts before crash and no warning at all, full system lockup. Its an ASUS vid card, and my mobo is ECS but not that model you stated. The Ram may be the issue since two are a matched pair and one is not. Two are at 400 and one is at 333, it has never caused any issues with anything else I have done though so.... I have no idea about my powersupply, but again this game cannot possibly pull more power than CS ource/EQ2 running simultaniously.

Try running Memtest86 on that RAM. If it's no good, lose the non-matched DIMM. Other than that, I can suggest getting a new motherboard, but I'd be willing to bet it's your RAM.
