Teleporting Disconnections etc

Is this a known issue that if you teleport somewhere sometimes it fails and leaves you disconnected and or makes the region you were in go into the logout process, also I have unpacked 200 items at once and crashed a region by accident.
EDIT: also if I turn on my voice the moment I connect it disconnects me and I cant move so I have to re-log.

Happens to be all the time. I know when I press that TP tab I'm going to get disconnected.
I've got used to it. Happens when shopping to, I'll zoom in on a product and as soon as I hit the escape key to return to normal camera viewing mode, SL crashes in a blink of and eye.

I haven't seen it on the issue tracker would anyone report it?

for 24 hours now, i get logged out of sl everytime i try to TP.... getting very annoying!!! lol

Today I signed on and had the same problem

The only place I was able to TP to was my home
Anywhere else I go the TP gets stuck, and if I cancel it I can't move

annoying little development anyone figure out why or a fix for it?

I was going to ask if it was just me, but clearly not.

To add, all the correct ports are open on my router, my firewall is off and I haven't changed anything since I was able to tp.

It's not region specific, but seems to be account related as people with me were able to tp to destinations I could not.

Logging out and then trying to log directly in to the region I wanted to go to resulted in the message that my desired location was unavailable, despite the fact that I knew it was up and people were there.
