Greetings
Situation is as follows, two SL Clients on two different computers in the same subnetwork.
Problem: Confusion as to what goes to what client. Like I get chat and IM's all of a sudden from the other Client or Inventory Items.
Does the SL Client not autonegotiate a unique connection ID upon login so that all transfers can be coded with it????

This is most likely a routing problem on your network. Get a better router, or configure it properly. If you have two routers (ie broadband router -> wireless router), make sure the first one is set to bridge, not router.

Hi Ierato, I take it you've not seen this page? It shows how to configure multiple Windows machines for use on a network. Macs are a little different, but I think the instruction for doing this are on the Mac subforum. Hope this helps.
