It took me 1 mth and 5 days 2 get SL accounts to activate this account and weeks more for them 2 backdate credit me for the lost 1 mth and 5 dys missing off it!
This also ment I missed out on all the 1st mth access to $ trees!
The last account lost 2 wks out of its 2nd mths premier payments starting day 1 that the $9.90 was deducted by the accounts page! They couldnt fix it and never mentioned it after i raised teh issue in most mails to them. I finally logged on successfully 2 wks later after the 2nd wkly upgrade they are famous for! I redownloaded and installed afer both Fixed replies from support only to have to reopen the ticket again each time!
They frequently ask you to do things you just mentioned in your last mail. Suggesting they really dont take in what you say but come up with these brilliant suggestions as if it comes to them in a flicker of inspiration! Roll Arround Laugh My Fukin Ass Off!
If you see any money from them it may be a mistake!
Oh and after all the other crap they took out $9.95 for a mthly premier deduction on the 1st account. After it had already dropped back to non premier (and actually showed as non premier. Yes I saw it with my own eyes, definately non premier) But found out that SL had withdrawn the money by looking at my mthly VISA statement later that mth!
Despite numerious tickets logged with both account to work out why they had stolen money from a Visa card that had been removed from the my accounts page as soon as the previous mths payment came out! That account wasnt listed as wanting mthly premier status as that had been delisted and as stated was non premier listed 2 dys after that mth!
So they withdrew money without the card and premier listing on my account page and still withdrew the money! So it must have been manually backchecked from the last mth and deducted without upgrading it which is in fact theft!
Now i didnt get the email from them that they had accidentially withdrawn it till days after I discoved it and put multiple mails to them to rewfund my money they stole! They never mentioned my messages in the email.
Plus after I got days of no reply i cancelled my Visa card to stop more theft by them>
Visa card reissues usually have new fees, plus im liable to get $30 fees for every charge made on or against that card by ppl that actually had authority to transact on that card if they use its details!
Then im left without a card till the new 1 is issued!
But I guess SL thinks its all good now because the deposited it back into the old card despite me telling them it was cancelled to stop my thefts by them!
So dont expect anything but grief from them and weak appologies that are meaningless if you actually get one!
