Just incase anyone's missed this in the comments of the last blog entry.........
We’re having some database load issues at the moment, and are working on it. I’ll keep this blog entry updated with details as we have more to share. I apologize for the problems, and will keep everyone posted.

Maybe we can get something done next year, while we are paying for it now.. Maybe just give up... I'm all for patience..but this is getting just plain ridiculous..

Seriously when is Linden gonna buy a clue and disable freebie sign ups till they can handle this amount of ppl.ALOT of us pay 80+ a month EASILY just in tier fee's not to mention the other linden we buy etc etc yet we have get this kinda performance due SOLELY to ppl playing SL for free.I am all for SL expanding but not at the paying users expense.

Why do I get the feeling that Linden Lab is running a scam operation all of a sudden? Hee hee!
But seriously... The amount of glitches and hardware failures since that last major update has been ridiculous. I think paying members should really get monitarily compesated for their time by having additional hours and whatever given to them for the time the Grid is down. But remember, free members do help the commerse as well by making and selling items and other things, so it's not like having the free logins is such a curse...
Anyway... Crazy happenings... I know Linden Lab has enough knowledgeable staff to fix all this stuff, even if they have to roll back updates to the last really stable version(v1.11?). ...provided they keep old versions, I mean. Hopefully, some day soon, Second Life will once agian work optimally... But until then, those of us who so deserpately want to be a part of it will just have to suffer.
