I've already did a bug report on this but how many others are being affected like this? Some of my scripted objects are randomly ceasing to function unless I REPLACE them. Can't reset them (the reset hangs) and obviously no-copy/no-mod objects cant be reset so quite a bit of my inventory is slowly being rendered useless.

I wear a MUNIFICENT magnifying glass on my head with a colorchange ("Torlifier Screensaver" by Francis Chung) and particle script. I noticed it stopped changing colors and steaming particles upon entry into 1.7, so I had to recompile. Oddly enough, I waited several minutes and the Done button never lit up. But it looked like it was working.

So, I've had at least a similar problem in some capacity.

Is Recompile grayed out for you too?

Yes it is. Some of the gear I have will be hard to find replacements too.

Ack. I wonder if there's an easier way to fix this.

I remember awhile ago, on a very RARE occasion, ALL of my scripted attachments went dead after a teleport. Some schtuff was nomod so I had to get it replaced. :( That hasn't happened in a very long time and I'm thrilled about that, but I wonder what happened in this recent instance. Were they working at first in 1.7 and then they suddenly stopped? Or were they DOA when you logged into 1.7 for the first time?

all of it was working at first and then after some traveling & having fun they stopped working.
