Anyone else having problems creating an account? I chose a name, provided my email and apssword, and then was asked to provide my personal details. I did, then agreed to the charge, and was bounced back to the personal details page without any error messages. The name I tried to create is no longer available, but I can't use it to log in.

The "number of residents" count on the home page hasn't incremented all night. Am I the only one having problems?
