help me PLEASE.
i keep getting a message that says verifying protocol version... but i dont get it! ive unhooked my pc, unistalled and reinstalled the latest version, tried it 100 times, then repeated.. what to do???? a little message comes up saying "Unable to connect to 2nd Life. The system may be down. please try again or blah blah blah..." help me please!

Anytime this has happened to me i clear my cache,restart my router and reboot the computer. By the time i done all that i'm able to log in again.

Um.. keep in mind the Grid was down for a while due to a power outage at their site. Some janitor probly spilled water from his mop bucket on a powerstrip somewhere and we had to wait for him to run to home depot or radio shack for a new one.  |
