Okay, I"ve crashed and now, each time I try to log back on, I crash before I even set foot in Second Life.

This is now day two for me, being unable to access Second Life. Come on Lindens, I've not ranted half as much as anyone else...but this is getting ridiculous. Ignore me and many others when we say, we are paying for a service that is not being maintained properly, but the fact remains versions are being released before they are ready.

Get it right! Practice on the "practice grid" before you push the population out of the SL world.

I agree this update was a collossal disaster. It was not ready to go live.

That said I would like to point out that LL is somewhat crippled in what they can do on the "practice grid". The one thing they cannot test there is the level of load on the systems that is present on the main grid. People just do not log into the test grid in large enough numbers for that. We can and should play our part in the testing as well.

Wow.

Another update.

And I truly wonder whether it'll be any good.

I hope so, because this really is ubelievable. I have to say I'm not too bothered [just a little amazed] because I don't pay for the pleasure of Second Life... and right now i'm very glad I don't. Pocket loss, lag, broken friends lists, missing images, unresponsive TP's, getting stuck, lag, countless updates, sim downtimes, lag... and like, more lag.

Phew, I don't envy the 'premiums' one bit.

Like, sort it out... for the love of all that is good and pure sort it out.

SL cant ever do a rollback, the major impacts on recent changed items would make the entire thing blow up probably..oh wait to late : >.<
