I have checked everything and it still ownt work. I updated on files and check my sytem requirements and it still says SL cannot me acsessed on this computer. i have no ides wats goin on can u plzz help me!?

Can you type the exact error you are getting? I hate to sound annoying by asking this, but do you have administrative priveleges or are you on a limited XP profile? Operating System?? Do you have Norton or anything runnin that might be blocking your internet connection on newly installed programs?
