While installing SL, I go this error message: Out of date Intel chipset driver. And, when I click it to try to go to some other webpage that will help me with the problem, it doesn't do anything. So, I need help finding this webpage, or something that would help my problem. I think this is the reason why I get constantly disconnected. I can't figure out any other reason why I would be. Could someone please help me?

Ignore it..unless you have problems.
I got this message too, and I know I am running the newest Intel drivers for my motherboard..
So just ignore it and play, but if you have problem playing then go and update.

Give your machine specs; memory, video card, etc...I don't think it is the intel drivers..

This message typically comes up in two cases: One involves a specific Intel chipset that we don't check properly. (The 865 for those who care.)
The other is that you're using Intel Extreme Graphics, not just an Intel motherboard.
The first can usually be resolved by clicking "NO" in response to the "do you want to see the website" message. The second means that you don't meet our Minimum System Requirements, and if you're crashing, you should buy and install compatible graphics hardware.

Tech Help

I have bene in world maybe 4-5 days I have had no response to in game help that is that actually helped. I sent in email on the same exact issue in this thread. I got a email asking me to look in my documents file and under applicaitons SL log and send them in. Which I did so right away and have not heard a thing. Now my problem is nothing about disconnecting but my mouse will only sometimes let me right clic on things. I have a very nice top of the line PC. O and BTW the comment about maybe you should by a compatable computer for SL pfft. No way in gods world I would go spend money on new hardware just to play some game. If SL wants ppl to play then make it more adaptable to the broad spectrum of machines on the market. Befor eI spend money in or on this game I would like to think that TEXH would at least beable to help and be professional in there comments. Thanks all Hope to see u in world sometime.. Rocky

I got the same message when trying to update SL on my home PC. I've asked for someone to take a look at the problem, and will post a fix as soon as I have one.
