I'm getting 4 fps on my estate after things have loaded. I have a fast system, fast graphics card and a fast Internet connection. What stats should I look at (CTRL-SHIFT-1) to try and determine why my fps is so low?

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Mobo: MSI K8N Neo 4-F (NForce 4 chipset, PCI Express, SATA)
Memory: 1 GB of Corsair Value Select DDR 400 SDRAM, dual channel
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 6800 GT, PCI Express x16, 256 MB of GDDR3 SDRAM, FW 84.21
Hardrive: Maxtor 6L200S0 SATA 200 GB, running at 1.5G
Network: 100 Mb FD switched LAN to Linux firewall to cable modem
Software: Windows 2K SP4 with DX 9.0c, NForce 4 AMD Platform drivers v 6.70
Internet connection: COX cable 6 Mb down, 1 Mb up

I ran the COX speedtest at: http://speedtest.coxinet.net/ and got a speed of 3 Mb down.

My PING time (in DOS) to lindenlab.com is 32 ms.

My "ping Sim" and "ping User" stats inworld seem to be high, never less than 200 msec and often as high as 1000 msec. That doesn't sound good.

I switched nw cards and my performance has jumped to 20+ fps with ping sim at 60.
