Is Autoreturn broken?

Both on my land (auto = 1 minute) and the protected Linden land next to it (5 mins), the latest newb's prims aren't being returned. They've been sitting on both for about 30 mins.

Is autoreturn broken?

it might be. Hell I can't return items that are left from noobs right now.. so I don't know if there is a direct corrilation or not...

Odd. I could do a manual return, it's just the auto-return that's not working.
