Avie's skin disappears :eek:

I dunno if anyone else has seen this, but since my update to xp (games runs much smoother), everyone's Avies', including myself, disappear...I can poke right through ppl, like they're not even there at all....All I see is attachments..and names. Is there a fix to stop this? It happens randomly...but mostly when I move my view around. Help???


Oh and the fastest way I found to fix is to minimized/resize the game...that's a pain cuz i get laggy then.

Have you tried disabling/enabling the "Avatar Vertex Program" option within Second Life's Preferences?

I tried it out, and it workd for the invisible part. At first i almost crashed when I was editing, moving my view around and such, the toolbar disappeared and things were really slow, then it came back skin and all. 2nd time, the toolbar's text went illegible, then a runtime error: abnormal program termination.
