Auto returned items no showing up in inventory..

I had about 133 objects auto returned to me 3 days ago and they have not shown up in my inventory for 3 days. I've cleared cache, relogged countless times, and spoke with the land owner about it and he said he had no idea. I've opened a ticket, sent an email, still no response. Where is the customer service?


This was over 50,000 $L worth of items, and that can be proven by my transaction history in the past 2 months. With about 200$ USD worth of items missing, I would think Linden Labs would try to assist me. Please help as asap.

Jon, get ahold of me in-world and I'll see if we can resolve it. One thing to check, though, is whether they all got coalesced into a single object. If so, it probably has some completely arbitrary and unhelpful name like "Object".

thanks Robby. u da man as I always said. fancy finding you here. Anyways, I did find the thing and it WAS named "object" in my lost and found. I opened it in a sandbox
now I have to wait 6 hrs for it to auto return so I can have it all packed up like that again. going through piece by piece would be a pain.

Tools / Select Only My Objects

Draw a big selection rectangle along everything, or use shift-click to select multiple items. Then right-click on anything and pick Take. Whenever you rez that again, things will be positioned the way they were when you did Take.

Relying on parcel return is really just asking for trouble and have everything turn up missing. Sandboxes also tend to be quite unstable, if it crashes after you put everything out, it'll all be gone forever.

As a side-note, you don't buy your content from LL, so whether you spent $1 or $1000 on content makes no difference. If it ends up missing, it's on you, LL won't care all that much since they never supplied you with the content in the first place.
