Kojin has a time dilation of .22 with just me in it - someone might want to examine it.

Time for work.

Just from my own experience - IMing a Liason in Live Help gets the quickest response. I've been having this issue with Isabel on a daily basis :(

Oh, I was just flying though, Travis, I come across this problem in different sims every session in which I fly around the main grid.

In some cases I might stop in such a place and do somethng non-SL in another window and the TD drops will last longer than I want to wait, such as over an hour.

In Hanson now, 1 person in sim, time dilation of .2.

Oops, now it dropped down to .02.

Sim FPS of 7 to 15.

This happens all the time if you go around the grid a bit.

I just got through filing a bug report due to a time dilation of .02 in Isere a few minutes ago.

That is also that known issues with the sim saveing state every hr. and that doing temp drops on sim speed.

these conditons have lasted for longer than a sim backup can take.

Agreed. At least based upon our troubles in Isabel - there's no way its just the sim backup.

I'll buy that it might exasperate the problem, however :)

Once such crippled state lasted over an hour, and I have noted several that lasted over 45 minutes.

Same issue in Abbotts as well. Bug reported, but seemingly on a cycle of a minute to thirty seconds the dilation would drop from .99 to .52 to .02 and back up again to .99. In sim for the past 15 minutes was more like swimming in luke warm asphalt before I just log'd unplayable.

I'm thinking the sims are either still recovering from this latest update, or... well at this point I've no idea... but it does seem a grid wide issue and even less "fixed" than the pervasive issues leading to the latest "fix".
