llGiveInventory and obj->obj email failing more than usual in 1.9 ?

I'm suddenly getting a spate of vendor failures, vendors which have worked perfectly for months are intermittently failing to pass over the goods to the agent. This started with 1.9 and is rare but never used to happen more than once every couple of months.

Anyone else having problems with object to object email or llGiveInventory ?

My email-2-im comm orb has gone dead since 1.9, and I've had several purchases on networked vendors fail silently, but gotten refunds from all the vendors. I've gotten a condescending attitude from tech support in the past and simply stopped bug reporting, anyone actually bother contacting a Linden or bug reporting it?
