They talk about it a lot in the Announcements area. And they have publicly stated they're still working on the problem.
And the grid will be DOWN from 6am PST on Thursday until Noon, to try to change the hardware and get rid of the long login queue.

P.S. You think they're in the business of losing money & customers? OF COURSE they're still working to fix problems! There are just a limited number of people and hours in the day.

I many times thought I could not get in, but just let it sit at preparing for 15 minutes and I got in....
Used to login when I wanted to play, now I login when I get home and let it sit till i am ready, that works ok..lol
But today hopefully all fixed again, so I can do my usual 10 logout/login to fix falling out of plane, no attachments, etc, etc...
