Payment info not updating in profile

I'm having a strange problem, I placed my payment info on the SL website recently and my payment info status update in the website (I can access this forum, cant I?) but not inworld, and now I have the limits of a 0 day newbie in the lindex exchange.

My SL birth date is 2/12/2007

And I tried to redo the payment info with another Credit Card, both of them went through, just not inworld

There is a post about the LindeX being closed, and there is no telling what else is messed up.
Check the blog..maybe some part of the answer will be there.
