Driver Problem With Nvidia

Hi all... i'm spanish.

I Have a GeForce 7800 GS and lastest Drivers 91.31 from Nvidia site, and when i try to run the SL, after Detecting Hardware show me:

"Second life is unable to run because your video drivers are out of date or unsupported. Please make sure you have the lastest video drivers installed

If continue to recive this message, contact customer service"

This program is stupid?... lastest drivers?... i see again the Nvidia page and i'm sure i have the lastest drivers:

What is the problem?

That's exactly my driver. No problems here.

I have a theory though. If you're using the international/spanish version, try to install the us english version and let's see if you get the same results.

verify in your display properties/advanced that the hardware acceleration is set to full

gotten that error to did a clean and reinstall, then it worked.

run that, and it will prob ask for a restart.

start drivercleaner, uninstall any nvidia
(do not uninstall nvidia chipset if you have a motherboard that has uses it)

restart pc

reinstall video drivers

restart yet again -.-;

and try SL then.

Did you uninstall your old drivers before installing the new ones? It needs to be done

You may be seeing the new drivers but there may be remnants of the previous drivers still there that are corrupting your performance.

Be absolutely certain you remove all traces of the old drivers, installers, etc... related to the old drivers. Shut down and restart. Then install new driver package.
