Couple of Issues...

I recently upgraded to a P4 2.8ghz dual-core machine, and just noticed that in the Help/About SecondLife, it shows "CPU: Not supported (2793 Mhz)"... Since the client works just fine, I'm assuming that the dual-core-ness of this machine is what the client is confused about... What gives??

The second issue is a somewhat annoying one, and seems to have gotten worse since the last client upgrade. The problem is when changing clothes, and one removes the current pants or skirt (it seems to occur only with pants and skirts), the old pants or skirts go away immediately, but when you click wear on another either pants or skirt, nothing happens.. In the privacy of my own home, I've waited at times up to 3 mins, when the clothing then finally appears. If, while waiting for the clothing piece to rez, you click "take off" on the clothing piece you are waiting to rez, the clothing item flashes for an instant, then goes back off.. Sometimes, once you do this, it seems to speed the rezzing of the new clothing item up a bit... I've cleared my cache MANY times, and this seems to have no effect.. NVidia GF6200 drivers have been upgraded to latest version.. I've increased/reduced the amount of disk cache size, also with no apparent effect... Is anyone else seeing this??

It also hapens for us males on Pants and Shirts and Jackets... but oddly not on the underwear layer. (At least not badly) And yes, I also see the effect of the texture flashing in perfectly clear when removing a clothing item when you get tired of waiting for it to rez.

As I mentioned in another thread with a similar topic a moment ago, removing and re-equipping an underwear item seems to trigger or speed up the update of the Avatar, which seems to be the problem. (That SL dosent realize to do an AV update when clothing is changed.)
