if i open two inventories to rearrange/organize my stuff by dragging with my mouse...when my mouse glides over the sl screen it turns all yellow..a bright yellow glaze in everything in SL....has this happened to anyone else?

I was with Lemon Honey last night when it happened to her!

Everything was bananafied!!!!

Any large HUD attachments that SL may think you're trying to drag/drop to? Prims highlight in yellow while your mouse is over them while dragging inventory items.

I get this ALL THE TIME! Its next to impossible to do any building, texturing or trasferring of items without getting this. The only way i've found to fix it is to relog. I've made bug reports (three of them). I've talked to Live Help. I've talked to a Linden. They all seemed to think it was my video card but it is beyond the minimum requirements and all my drivers are up to date. I'm glad to hear that i'm not the only one getting this!!!!!!!

Next time I'm in-world i'll grab one of my screenshots and post it here so others can see it.

Same here, graphics card above minimum requirements, and it didn't act this way before the updates.

I was having this problem we found out the cause in my case. It seems to be a bug. If you turn of Fog in the Debug menu then work in inventory or toss around a few prims then all the prims around you turn yellow. So just don't turn off fog. Hope this helps some.

I GET THIS EVERYDAY!! I have submitted bug reports for a couple weeks now. This drives me crazy!!!!!!!

I too have to reboot each evening (probably 3 or 4 times a night) because of everything turning yellow. This has happened everyday since the update. The first thing I do when logging into SL is override the sun, turn off fog and clouds. I will try not turning off the fog but thats too bad - things are so much clearer with no fog.

I also submitted bug reports. I hope they can fix this bug.

A kind of work around if you dont like fog is is to increase the fog ratio in preferences > adv. graphics and turn up "fog distance ratio" to the max of 4

Ive been having the same problem. It would seem that there is a bug with the object selection code. This problem mainly happens to me if I accendantly select a group of my obects and a group of objects not owned by me. Then for some reason even though I have deselected SL keeps rendering the yellow selection hew/glow over evreything. The weird thing is that it only renders when I am looking in a certen drritection with respect to an object.
