I haven't seen these on the market yet but they seem to be a really cool idea. Its a hard drive made from ram modules.

I wonder if SL would see significant gains by placing the cashe in something like this.

Anyone tried creating something like a 1 gig ramdrive and putting the cashe on that? Hehehe. I am demented...
