The problem that I have is regarding buying $L.
Whenever I try to buy $L in the game, it tells me: "Can't authenticate you".
What does this mean exactly.
24 hours ago I put $25USD into my account.
I hoped to exchange it all for L$, however I am receiving errors every time I try to do it.
Can someone help me please.

It usually means the system is AFU. Usually needs a kick in the butt from LL to get things right. If problem persists, file a support ticket after the usual log out, clear cache, restart compi and relog ritual.

This is the error I get: We are unable to complete your request. • This transaction would exceed your daily billing limit by US$9.7. You have already billed US$25.00 of your daily billing limit US$25.00. • Couldn't reserve order. • The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again. The thing I don't understand is that I billed in $25 USD yesterday, so why would it extend the limit onto the next day? |
