How to get rid of the debug window???

While trying different settings to stop periodic complete PC freezes (that is another matter...) I now have a new windows which seems to be the debug window.

Anyone knows how to stop this?

I can't remember which tab.. sorry blonde moment.. but somewhere in the client window there is a tab to toggle that.. Ya I know not much help lol.. Sorry
