Hi im having problems with movement It takes me 5 seconds to move where i want my avatar to go never happened before only happened today. game takes ages to ress and load thats never happened before help ??

Have you tried clearing out your cache and/or doing a fresh installation of SL? Also have you noticed any packet loss?

ive haad the same proberly, ever since the update ive been lagging quiet alot and so has my freinds.
