Hello. I sent a bug report about this but I'll post it here if anywone knows or has the same problem. After the last update, each time I use the camera or go into mouselook, the camera, or view in m look starts spinning by itself to the right. I tried a lot of things, mouse changes, kb changes. Full unistall and reinstall of SL, countless cache cleans, not wearing anything with a script, Uninstalled both mouse and KB setup applications, reset the scripts I had on me but still not wearing them, checked both mouse and KB in other games. I could have tried more things I don't know I just forgot the rest of what I tried. Problem is, the spin is still there. my pc is a p4 2.4 with n vidia 6800 gs 256, 1GB of memory Mouse and KB are both Logitech.

Try a different mouse?

Are you using a programmable mouse? Try a different mouse. I had a similar problem (if you can make the stretch) with a programmable wireless Logitech mouse and Firefox. It was stuck in a mode where every time I went to a new web page the text size kept growing automatically. It was some sort of mouse programmikng incompatibility, and when I ditched the mouse, all was well.

i notice that altless mouselook works fine in the local sim but does not work when the target is across a sim edge, while the alt version still does.

The mouse is ok. As said, I tested it everywhere else. Yesterday at night, the problem suddenly stopped when I turned debug on and under character, LOD on, then off. It is weird. I'm logged on right now and I dont see the problem again. I'll post here again if it pops up again.

It's not your mouse. There are a few other posts of people experiencing this. I am one of them.

BE SURE TO BUG REPORT IT FROM THE CLIENT!

That way it gets documented and hopefully fixed.
