I logged in tonight and lagged like never before. I decided to relog and it wouldn't let me back in, when it did I was frozen, couldn't TP anywhere and all I coud see was grid where land should be and sky. Also my inventory, the map and any of the find menus wouldn't load. Everything is stuck saying it is loading.

I uninstalled and reinstalled SL, logged back in to find the same thing. I don't know what to do, please help if you can.

Oh, and it says the clothing is still downloading and I get an "unable to load gesture" message too.

Please go to start then run and type CMD.

Then ping www.secondlife.com and post back what you get. Also do you have any firewalls running?

SL always lags like a bitch before an update, it always has. Plus it lags more ever since after the first update with the new version.

No help from anyone?

None that I've found. The cache appears to be broken, the "please send me this texture because I'm looking at it" appears to not work. The texture asset server system is wildly over loaded.

On the other hand, here is a chat program that is never grey.

Oh well.
