As suggested I am re posting this in here...
this mainly but not exclusively happens on my own land. it happens the most here because that is where I spend the most time. trying to go anywhere else right now is still very difficult due to download issues I feel are still unresolved from the latest update
also please note these issues began with the 1.7 update

There are times when my cache acts like it is not keeping any data, if I have to log out due to a 'endless walking' attack, when I log back in, often it appears it is downloading the entire world again.
I have spent 8 hours today just trying to get SL downloaded into a workable playable scenario
it does work well for me, which is why this is so frustrating, it ran beautifully until all of the 'upgrades'
I can not walk anywhere on my land period since the last twitch you guys did without logging in and out repeatedly. if you check your server logs for modest, for my logins you can see for yourself how many times an hour I have to log in and out.
today 89% of my logged in time was spent sitting on my porch supposedly downloading my clothing. I think it was chunking the entire sim at me instead.
when I try to move, I use the arrow keys, I rarely use the w key because chat is always open. there seems to be a HUGE movement associated with 1 press of the uparrow key, not so huge with the down arrow key, turns are unresponsive.
I dunno from packet loss, the bar hardly moves most times, bandwidth sucks rocks, 25kps or less most of the time
drivers what drivers? this is a standard dell keyboard no frills? USB keyboard
I cannot fly, dont dare to fly, I wind up 3 zones over with 1 keypress and have to meep er teleport home
sometimes, teleporting to homepoint seems to fix movement for a few minutes, other times like now, not
I am runnign a Dell Dimension E510, Radeon X300 128mb graphics card (my computer has sent so many crash reports to you guys you should have my system specs on file lol)
it is BRAND NEW one week old system. I have cleaned out all of the software junk that comes pre installed, so it is basically running Norton AV, zonealarm pro, and the basic things the system needs, and SL...
I have no other keyboards to test, but it would happen on my laptop also, which is a dell inspiron 8500 with nvidia geforce4 GO 64meg graphics card (which actually behaves better with Sl then the ATI card in this 3ghz desktop)
I will check the ... statistics bar? if I am able to move around after logging in this time
