How do I change from night to day, I was told how to find a debug command but nothing appeared...

To enable the Debug menu you use these keys Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D. Then to force daylight it is Ctrl + Shift + N.
Debug needs to be enabled everytime you do a new install of Second Life.
