im having major problems getting in to sl. since the new update ive only been able to log in a few times and at short periods of time mostly somtimes only a few mins. now i cant get on at all. all i get is a black screen when i click to start sl ... if i do get on i get booted with an error message ....runtime error visual c++ program files second life exe.... ive rebooted pc .. updated drivers for graphixs ect i have high speed dsl so no probs there ... everything appears to be fine i had no problems befor please help as this is driving me mad .... ty

I had good luck with a 1.5Mps DSL connection, but when I upgraded to a 6Mps DSL connection, SL had serious problems. I had to drop it back to 1.5Mps and I ultimately switched to cable broadband. |

my dsl is anything up to 4 .... but it aint changed its been like that speed since i first had sl .... so cant c that being prob but ty for help

See if that helps. If that doesn't do it, I'd call support. |
