how does one call linden labs? my freind lost her account and cannot get back on or in touch with anyone seeing she now has no password or account.
what can she do?
is linden labs getting to big for its britches can we ever get live support back?

If you have an issue with your account (non-technical, billing/password/etc), you can call our Billing team at: toll-free (US/Canada) 800-294-1067 or long-distance (not free) 703-286-6277. They're available 9AM - 6PM PST, Monday - Friday
She should also be able to just log in to the support portal with the guest access and submit a ticket that way (http://secondlife.com/community/support.php - at the bottom)

I had the same problem a week ago. Submitted a ticket, but they didnt get back at me. Waited for days...
I found a Linden in-world with a new av, had to answer the security answer and it was solved, within 1 minute!
