Grid issues recurred and under investigation

[UPDATE 12:28pm PST] Our techs are continuing to investigate our network issues. Some of the in-world symptoms may include the inability to log in, group IM’s not appearing, teleport failures, failure to rez items, L$ balances not displaying, high packet loss, and other symptoms. [UPDATE 7:15am PST] We’ve seen a repeat of the network-related issues from last night return. This may affect avatars remaining inworld after a logout, group IM’s not appearing, teleport failures, failure to rez items, L$ balances not displaying, high packet loss, and other symptoms.

We’re actively investigating the issue and will keep you updated as frequently as possible. Thanks for your patience whilst we investigate.

Your fault if you didn't adequately compensate for downtime risks before investing heavily here. You knew fully well what you were getting into.

Your incessant whining and bitching isn't going to make them fix it faster.
