The green land of my sim is now all white like snow and the skys are a brownish hue. Is there a problem with the recent upgrade or do I need to change my settings some how?

Have you tested other landscapes to see if they are off as well? I know someone who sees the north continent gravel instead of grass, and the moutain rock instead of sand.
We did some doubles testing. We both went to several locations with different terrain and both took screen shots ... And he put in a bug report. I hope you have as well. The more reports, the more likely they will actually do something.  |

My grass is gone also. Since the update yesterday the entire sim I'm on is greyish white..yuck. I filed a bug report today. I agree if your having this issue, please file bug report and include a screen shot. More voices means we might get heard...

Just an update this is a known issue, where you'll only see a highest elevation texture in a region. So if it's rocks, that's all you'll see--rocks. It affects certain lower-end graphics cards. It should be fixed shortly. Hopefully the terrain will be beautiful again soon.
