404 File Not Found

I have been trying to post and have posted successfully before...but today seems impossible!

Cleared all data, cache and cookies on both browsers:

Using IE version 7.0.5730.11 gives me a 404 File Not Found error...Navigate to the home page, etc.....

Using Opera version 9.02 gives me the 404 File Not Found error.

I have emailed the webmaster, two weeks ago and no answer. Tried entering events page from the Community Link, the Residents link...

Any suggestions, please? Thank you.
