Allow a friend full rights on my land

Can I allow another person to have full rights on my land, as if they were myself?

In particular, I want to run a video, by having a certain texture point to a url. I can do it, but they can't see the url address, only asterisks.

Would the solution be to have a group own the land? If so, how do I transfer to the group?

yes a group is the simplest option

how to:
1)create a group
2)switch to the new group
3)invite your friend to the group
4)click about land and then click the deed to group box
5)click donate tier to group box then click deed button
