I tried to enter an event into the calandar and discovered it was trying to put my event in January 2009. I believe that is a bit far to wait (4 years) then I decided to fiddle with the controls. I moved the calandars back and I was successful in moving January back... to 1970. I never found January 2005.
Think I will wait to schedule any events till this is fixed.
